Dear Sallie,

Now that we have begun to settle in and feel at home, I wanted to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for all that you did for us during our extended relocation.  From our initial contact you took a personal interest in our situation and made sure that every step of the process went as smoothly as possible.

You listened to our needs and desires and arranged a very helpful series of showings during our "Christmas week" search.  You also arranged for me to stay in a beautiful apartment (at a rent that was within my relocation budget) and arranged for all the necessary inspections to ease our purchase. In addition to all the above, you kept in constant contact with us during the long period between our purchase and moving day and always responded to my questions in a timely manner.

In short, you did a marvelous job and made a very difficult relocation much easier for all of us.  In today's "me-centered" marketplace, I'm not used to such service.  It was refreshing to deal with someone who actually cared about our needs and feelings!
